Design, international sport, live entertainment and major exhibitions fill Dubai’s November calendar. Dubai Calendar’s October announcements set out a month spanning community fitness and cultural events, while venue and organiser schedules add a substantial business programme. This digest brings together 24 selected events taking place in November 2026, with dates and locations to help plan visits, guest arrivals and holiday-home availability.

A month that reaches beyond the exhibition halls
November offers several ways to build a visit around an interest. Dubai Design Week brings installations, exhibitions and workshops to d3, with Downtown Design providing a dedicated design fair. Later in the month, World Art Dubai gives visitors another opportunity to explore and buy art.
The sporting programme stretches from community participation to international competition. Dubai Fitness Challenge runs from 31 October to 29 November, providing a month-long backdrop to its individual events. Golf, sailing, triathlon and the Dubai 7s add different reasons to visit, while the Boat Show and Trevor Noah’s performances broaden the late-November programme.
Two venue details worth getting right
Automechanika Dubai takes place at DEC in Expo City for its 2026 edition. World Art Dubai’s current organiser website lists DWTC, Za’abeel Halls 2 and 3. Check the event’s current location before preparing accommodation recommendations or arrival instructions.
Match the calendar to the apartment
Our assessment: the calendar is most useful when it is matched to a property’s actual location and remaining availability. A visitor attending an exhibition, a runner preparing for an early start and a couple booking an evening performance may need very different arrangements.
Ask the manager to identify the events that the apartment can realistically serve. Check the journey to the correct entrance, the available transport options and any practical limits around arrivals. Hatta, Expo City, Mina Rashid and Downtown should each be treated as distinct destinations when preparing guest information.
For road-based events, check official transport notices closer to the date and update arrival instructions where necessary. Avoid promising a fixed journey time before the relevant access arrangements are known.
Review availability around the busiest overlaps
The schedule highlights several periods worth reviewing, especially where events overlap or follow one another. Compare those dates with the apartment’s unsold nights, recent enquiries and confirmed bookings. Include the nights immediately before and after an event, since visitors may arrive early or extend their stay.
A useful pricing proposal should explain what has changed in booking activity, the comparable accommodation being considered and the expected net return after fees and operating costs. Review minimum stays at the same time: a restriction that works for a multi-day exhibition may leave an awkward gap around a shorter weekend visit.
The positive opportunity is a varied calendar that gives managers several different audiences to serve. Its value for an individual apartment will depend on how well the listing, access information, pricing and guest support fit those visitors.
The November planning checklist
- Identify relevant events and match their dates to the apartment’s remaining availability.
- Confirm the current venue and prepare accurate directions to the appropriate entrance.
- Review booking pace, comparable accommodation and net income before changing rates.
- Check minimum stays, cleaning capacity and early or late arrival arrangements.
- Update guest information when organisers publish transport or access changes.
Sources and editorial scope
The calendar draws on Dubai Calendar’s 20 October sports and wellness announcement, its 26 October November programme announcement, the DWTC events calendar and the official organiser and venue pages linked in each table row.
The 24-event selection and property-management observations are Property Management Review’s editorial analysis. The selection is not an official count of all November events and does not imply a forecast of occupancy or rental income.
Turn the calendar into a practical booking plan
Compare Dubai property management companies and ask how they handle event dates, pricing reviews, guest arrivals and reporting on net income.
