Maison Privee

Maison Privee is a UAE holiday home and short-term rental management company founded in 2017. Our research identified approximately 100 managed units across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with around 85 estimated to be in Dubai. The associated Airbnb account carried a rating of approximately 4.34, while the company’s Google profile was rated around 4.3/5.

The management fee recorded during our review was 20%, down from a previously reported rate of around 25%. No significant pricing difference by property size was identified. Maison Privee also operates a direct booking channel.

The standard management agreement has a one-year term. Early termination during the first year may result in an approximately AED 3,500 penalty. After the first year, the contract can generally be terminated without a penalty by providing around three months’ notice.

Maintenance and repair expenses are entirely the owner’s responsibility. Owner use is comparatively limited: the written agreement reportedly allows around 10 days, although a slightly longer stay of approximately 15 days may be negotiable.

Guest refunds are deducted from rental revenue before the management fee, utilities and final owner payout are calculated. A referral commission of approximately 3% was also recorded.

The company’s claimed Superhost status could not be independently confirmed during our research, so it should be treated separately from the verified Airbnb rating.
