Manzil

Manzil is a Dubai property management and hospitality company founded in 2016, with activity across both short-term and long-term rentals. Our research identified more than 60 Airbnb units connected with the company, with ratings in the approximately 4.54–4.61 range. Manzil also operates a direct booking channel and had a Google rating of around 4.4/5 at the time of review.

Detailed current commission levels were not confirmed during our research, and we did not identify a consistent relationship between property size and management pricing. The company was, however, reported to offer one-time referral compensation to introducers.

For owner economics, the management fee is deducted before utilities and other property expenses are taken from the owner’s income. Repair and maintenance expenses remain the responsibility of the property owner.

Owner use is more restricted than with some competing holiday home managers: our research recorded an allowance of approximately one month of owner occupancy per year. Guest refunds are also charged against the landlord’s rental income.

Because several commercial terms were not publicly available, owners comparing Manzil should request the current fee schedule and termination provisions directly before signing.
