Stella Stays is a hospitality and short-term accommodation company founded in 2019, with operations extending beyond traditional individual holiday home management. Our research identified approximately 231 Airbnb units associated with the company and an Airbnb rating of around 4.77. Stella Stays also operates its own direct booking platform.

The company has a more hospitality-led and technology-driven model than many smaller Dubai holiday home managers, but detailed owner-facing commercial terms were not confirmed during our research. We did not obtain reliable information on the current management commission, minimum fee, repair policy, owner-stay allowance, guest refund treatment or early termination conditions.

Owners considering Stella Stays as a property management partner should therefore request the current commercial proposal and management agreement directly from the company, particularly because its operating model may differ from the standard percentage-based holiday home management structure used by many Dubai competitors.
