Vacationer is a Dubai holiday home and short-term rental management company founded in 2015. Our research identified approximately 320 Airbnb properties and an Airbnb rating of around 4.81. The company also operates its own direct booking channel and had a Google rating of approximately 4.8/5 based on more than 700 reviews.
The standard management fee recorded was around 20%, while owners coming directly without a referral agent could potentially receive a rate closer to 15%. Standard onboarding was reported to take approximately seven business days when the property, keys and access cards are ready and the owner responds promptly.
