McCone Living is a Dubai short-term rental management operation associated with the wider McCone Properties business. Our research identified approximately 36–37 short-term rental units, an Airbnb rating of around 4.78 and Superhost status. The company also operates a direct booking channel.

The standard management fee recorded was approximately 20%, with a lower rate of around 18% potentially available to owners providing multiple units. At the time of review, the company’s Google profile carried a rating of approximately 3.8/5 based on 38 reviews.

The management agreement was reviewed during the research and was reported as being open to changes. Approximately one month’s termination notice is required, with the recorded structure suggesting that an owner may be able to complete the exit process after roughly two months depending on when notice is given.

The management fee is deducted before utilities and other applicable property expenses. Repair costs remain the responsibility of the owner, and guest refunds are also charged against the landlord’s revenue.

Owner stays are permitted for up to approximately 45 days. The referral structure recorded during the research allowed an introducing agent to receive approximately 2 percentage points per month from the company’s standard 20% management fee.
