First Class

First Class is a Dubai-based short-term rental and holiday home management company founded in 2020. At the time of our review, the company managed around 540 properties and its identified Airbnb portfolio carried ratings in the 4.8–4.9 range with Superhost status. First Class also participates in the Marriott Bonvoy program and operates its own direct booking channel.

The standard management fee recorded during our research was 20%, with rates as low as 17% in certain cases. The pricing structure appeared to depend partly on property size: studios and one-bedroom units were quoted at around 20%, while two-bedroom and larger properties could qualify for approximately 17%.

One notable point was contract flexibility. At the time the information was collected, First Class had temporarily removed its minimum termination period, allowing owners to leave the management agreement without the usual long lock-in. As contract terms can change, owners should reconfirm the current termination policy before signing. The company had a Google rating of approximately 4.9/5 based on more than 1,100 reviews when last reviewed.
