HiGuests is a Dubai short-term rental and holiday home management company founded in 2016. Our research identified approximately 106 Airbnb units associated with the company, with an Airbnb rating of around 4.41. HiGuests also operates a direct booking channel and had a Google rating of approximately 4.3/5 based on more than 200 reviews at the time of review.

The company is established in Dubai’s holiday home market, but detailed current commercial terms were not confirmed during our research. We did not obtain sufficiently reliable information on the standard management fee, minimum commission, contract duration, early termination conditions, repair policy, owner-stay allowance or treatment of guest refunds.

For this reason, owners considering HiGuests should request the current management proposal and full agreement directly from the company before comparing it with providers that publish or disclose more detailed pricing and contractual terms.
